Your feelings, and your emotions are what makes up your mood, and your mood contributes to your vibe, or how you will feel throughout the day, the week, the month, and even the year.
Look at it like this, if you felt like today was going to be a bad day, and you convinced yourself that it would be a bad day, then you would certainly create a bad day for yourself because that would be the dominant mood, and so everything bad would occur.
These moods which are caused by what you’re feeling are given life by your emotions, they are what create the situations in your life.
This all goes back to your level of control, and exactly what you choose to accept.
Now, let’s break this down in small increments.
When I say what you choose to accept I mean, if you see the outside world being negative, if you accept that then so your mood will reflect that.
Now, if you choose to not accept that, and create the mood within you that you want then eventually your outside world will reflect your inner mood.
You will learn that it will be difficult to properly function if indeed you’re a person with uncontrollable emotions.
It will be hard because one minute you’ll feel a certain way, and then the next minute another feeling comes upon you which is the total opposite of what you felt a minute ago.
These up and down emotions or feelings will make it very hard for you to function.
In fact, they will become the biggest roadblock in your way as you’re trying to improve yourself.
Remember that your emotions and feelings once under your control will become your servants, instead of you serving them.
You must become the master of them, and lead yourself to absolute mastery.
Most of the times people will react off of emotions without thinking, and then once they are calmed they’ll realize that they made a mistake.
This is why it is very important to gain the control over your emotions, so that you can have the power that you need to make your life exactly what you desire.
You must remember that repetition is the mother of skill.
So, the more that you repeat this skill-set then you will become better at it, and the more skilled you become then the more proficient you will be.
The “Laws of mind,” will be your best friend because your mind is what governs your responses to life, and the world around you.
It is essential to a happy life.
Once again, the moment you have it under your control, then you will find yourself gaining power of all your emotions.
A power that will be vital in your daily living.
It will be vital in how you interact with others and in everything else that you do.
Always remember that you are the operant power in your life, and when you control your feelings or emotions you are controlling your life.
This will be a simple exercise.
Take a pen and pad, or even your cellphone and document the emotions or feelings that you have throughout the day.
Now, if you find yourself not having any control immediately utilize the “Laws of mind,” and bring yourself back and control the emotion or feeling in the way that you want.
Do this for a week, and you will start to see a major change.
