How is meditating and having an affirmation powerful?

The power lies within the intention, and the deep focus that you give your meditation, or affirmation.

You see the power is in you, and when you meditate you are focusing on the power that you have, and to affirm, simply means that you are declaring it boldly.

So, I am making the statement known when I affirm it?

Yes, you are making it known to your subconscious mind, and are pulling it towards you.

All day we are affirming. All day we are pulling things to us, whether it is happiness, or sadness.

You declare the direction of your life constantly.

So, if you choose to stay in a state of worry that is what you affirmed, so this is why it is important that you utilize your affirming power in the right way.

It’s important that you use your power in a way that will help you along your journey in life, rather than ruin you.

How can the power of affirmation ruin me?

It will ruin you, if you affirm that you’re in a state of not living the life that you desire.

Examples given.

If you keep speaking to yourself from the perspective of a victim, and not from the perspective of the victor.

If you keep on telling yourself that you’re not good enough, or believe there is no way out, or think you are having a hard time with getting ahead or advancing in life.

You might not realize it, but you are affirming, or declaring this in your life, and so you’re allowing it to live and become a major part of your life.

You are meditating on this every minute of the day by thinking about it, and giving it life.

This is how the power of affirmation can ruin you.

So, is it best to always affirm the best even when things are going downhill?

Yes, it is because that’s the only way things will get better.

Nothing will ever go right, if you don’t already fall into the conscious state of the wish fulfilled.

You will never have anything go in your favor, if you don’t first see it going in your favor.

Once you’re able to believe that everything is as you wish, or as you want then everything will go exactly the way that you want it to go.

Being down on your luck only gets worst when you accept it, and believe that everything is bad, or meant to be bad for you.

When you stop worrying about things going bad, then you will give yourself some room for things to go well, and in your favor.

What is the best way to meditate?

The best way to meditate is to quiet the noise that is around you, and quiet the noise that is in your mind.

Just focus only on what it is that you want, and with a undying belief then you will bring it to life.

It’s because you’re focusing all your energy on the outcome, instead of on the problem.

Steady focus on the outcome will bring in the right solutions that you need to give you the outcome that you desire.

Is constant focus, and meditating with affirmations a good recipe?

It is the only recipe for great results, if that’s what you seek.

Your focus amounts to every great possible outcome that you can have. In fact, focus is the mother for all outcomes in life.

So, if you are focusing on the wrong things then the wrong results will come. 

You’re the operant power in every area of your life because you are “GOD,” so use this GOD power wisely.

Coursework/Homework

For the next seven days create a simple affirmation, and meditate on it.

It can be something like “I AM having a great stress free week, and all great things are happening to me.”

Write it down, and repeat it constantly in your mind throughout the day, and watch how your subconscious will be compelled to give you exactly what you are affirming.
